The series of three photographs above show a unique installation where the gate had to cross railway tracks.
Most foundation plates are flat and at ground level but this track had to be raised 150mm so we used 150x50 RHS as form work.
CANTILEVER FOUNDATION PLATES
The key to a successful cantilever install is in the planning, maths and component layout.

Each cantilever foundation plate is custom drawn and laser cut from 10mm mild steel plate. Trolley positions and support posts will be accurately positioned saving many hours at installation and minimising mistakes.
All bolt positions are supplied with rag bolts and motor mount plates are standard.
Three versions are available in two sizes -
CFFLAT - Supplied in mild steel with rag bolts. Motor mount plates require welding in place.
CFASS - As above but the welding of the motor mount plates already completed.
CFHDG - As with CFASS but galvanised ready to install.
